Camilla Belle is a great actress with tremendous talent. Why she's dating a Jonas ( and Joe Jonas at that is beyond me.)Sorry but she could do better. Joe is no where near her league. Apparently Rihanna has been in the hospital crying and TMZ alleges that she was assaulted with a deadly weapon.

Well I'll admit that i have always disliked Vanessa Paradis for one and only one reason: Johnny Depp. But I just happened to stumble upon a few songs of hers and was surprised to find what an amazing singer she is. Wow. The first thing I that came across my mind when I woke up this morning was that on this same day last year, one of my favorite actors passed away. I still can't beleive that it's been one whole year. Heath Ledger was an incredibly talented actor and very gorgeous I might add. It is so sad that a lot of the truly great people in this world never really get the chance to achieve greatness that, without a doubt, they would have achieved had they had a chance. And they go so young and sometimes in a tragic way. Heath was only 28.

I am sure that you have all heared that Jennifer Hudson's mom and brother were the two victims of a fatal shooting in Chicago.

"We can confirm that there is an ongoing investigation concerning the deaths of Jennifer Hudson's mother, Darnell Donerson, and her brother, Jason Hudson," rep Lisa Kasteler said. "No further comment will be made at this difficult time."

Hudson's mom and brother were found dead Friday in the South Side home of Donerson. Police say the shooting appeared to be related to a domestic disturbance. It was also discovered that Jennifer Hudson's 7-year-old nephew, Julian King, is missing. An Amber Alert has been issued for him.

"We are searching for a young boy from that address who is missing," confirmed Chicago police spokesman Officer John Mirabelli.

William Balfour who was once married to Hudson's sister Julia, who is the mother of Julian. Jennifer is now back in Chicago.

DJ AM said of the plane crash that killed four people and injured he and Travis Barker:

“I woke up to Travis (Barker) screaming and the plane engulfed in flames. I remember thinking it was like ‘Miami Vice,’ where a car is on fire and you run before the gas tank explodes — we gotta get out of here!”

“Travis jerked upon the door and slid on his butt down a wing that was on fire. I tried to cover my face as I jumped through a fireball. As soon as I hit the ground, I remembered ‘Stop, drop and roll,’ so I started rolling,” he continued, then calling himself “the luckiest man alive.”

It seems Lauren Conrad is getting tired of being a reality star. And quite frankly I am tired of her face being everywhere. And for what? Her little over the top feuds with her girls and their guys.....

All I have to say is thyat it is about time. I thought this show would only last at the most a year. Imagine my huge dissappointment when I heard about this season's premiere. I had honestly thought that the show had been over.

Alexei Cherepanov dies at 19

Alexei Cherepanov was 19, the 17th overall pick in the 2007 NHL draft by the New York Rangers, and one of the most highly regarded prospects in the world, but he passed away after suffering an apparent heart attack during a hockey game outside of Moscow. Alexei was competing for the Avangard Omsk of the KHL when he went to the bench late in the game, but collapsed and could not be revived. His true talent will never be known, but in his first year in the Russian league he had more points in his first year than Alex Ovechkin, Evgeni Malkin and Ilya Kovalchuk and his 18 goals as a rookie broke the record held by Pavel Bure. You have to wonder if he had been playing in the US if his heart condition would have been discovered and a tragedy avoided.

It is so sad that a young man his age has to die so suddenly when he obviously had such a bright future ahead of him.

Travis Barker opens up for the first time in an interview with US Weekly since his tragic plane crash that killed four people. The only survivors were him and DJ AM but they suffered second and third degree burns on their hands and lower body. "I hate planes," the ex-Blink 182 drummer said. "My biggest fear ever is to be involved in a plane crash and then this happens. Well, I'm just thankful to be alive! I'm just grateful to be here at all." He continues "I am doing the best I can possibly be. I'm so anxious to get out of here. I've been in surgery after surgery. I have third degree burns basically from my feet up to my waist and both hands. One of my hands was second degree burns and one was third degree. I'm trying to have a quick recovery so that I will be able to play the drums again and be able to hold my kids again. I'm going nuts not being able to see them and spend time with them!" Travis has been a vegetarian for 25 years but now he is eating meet again so that he can heal faster. If everything goes according to the plans he's going to leave the Grossman Burn Center in Los Angeles in two weeks.

Pro BMX cyclist Mike Aitken has been injured while filming a video in Pennsylvania. Mike reportedly over rotated on a 360 and hit his head pretty hard when he crashed. When help arrived Mike was reportedly convulsing and then sedated. He has not yet regained conciousness but has responded to a command to raise his fingers which should be a good sign since he is still in a coma.

OJ Simpson is the blackest person on the planet. O.K the man is found not guilty for murduring his wife and another man even though all evidence points to him. Then he writes a book titled If I Did It, Here's How it Happened. Who does that? To me it is like saying "I did it and what"! But being African American I can definitely understand why black people were on OJ's side. Because he had acchieved the impossible, what white people have been able to do for years: Kill and get away with it. But do I agree? Well no. If it were up to me everyone would get exactly what they deserved and be punished for their crimes whether they are black or white. There are definitely a lot of flaws in the American justice system obviously.

OJ is a hot mess though I admit I found that low speed car chase pretty amusing. A few monthes ago his daughter actually kicked his ass and now he is finally found guilty of something! OJ is guilty on all 12 charges that includes armed robbery and kidnapping. Try and get out of this one OJ.

Angelina Jolie, Brad Pitt, and the kids arrived in Manhattan last night before Angelina’s Saturday premiere of her newest movie The Changeling. The family have been in Germany while Brad filmed Inglorious Bastards, his latest movie.

This is the first time the Tomb Raider star has been seen in public after giving birth to twins. And I must say, judging by this picture of Angie I almost believe the rumers of her having post partum depression. If she does I hope she gets through it. Travis Barker was in a fatal plane crash Friday night that left four people dead. Travis and DJ Amwere left in critical condition. The plane apparently started to spark shortly after take-off then went off on the run way and crashed on a nearby road. It has not been confirmed who the other four are. This is really tragic. We can't lose another great artist, another star. I'm going to be really pissed if Travis doesn't make it.

Julie Horner Lankamp, a producer at CNN from 1995-1998, was found dead in her New York City apartment yesterday with her two year old daughter crying at her feet.
Lankamp was found with a broken jaw, bloodied nose, and bruising, but investigators are unsure if she is a victom of foul play or an accidental drug overdose. Her injuries couls have been sustained during a fall and the bruinsing could be from decomposition. Lankamp hadn’t been heard from since Thursday and a small envelope with cocaine residue was located next to her body.

The Dark Knight made Hollywood history after is topped $500 Million at the domestic box office this weekend, raising its total to $502.4 million, and is expected to climb to about $505 million by Labor Day. The Dark Knight hit the $500 million mark in just over six weeks, half the time it took Titanic, which reached $500 million in a little more than three months. Titanic, the biggest modern blockbuster, remains No. 1 on the domestic charts with $600.8 million.
Dan Fellman, head of distribution at Warner Bros., said he expects The Dark Knight to finish at about $530 million, though it could reach $550 million if business persists as strongly as it has.
The Dark Knight earnings should be viewed in perspective. Factoring in today’s higher admission prices, The Dark Knight would need to take in about $900 million to match the number of tickets sold by Titanic. No one is complaining however, with The Dark Knight coming in at number 2 behind Titanic.

With his girlfriend, Vanessa Paradis, and their 9-year-old daughter, Lily-Rose, screaming in the crowd of 2,500, the Oscar-nominated actor strapped on a guitar and sang backup vocals during the power-pop group's 90-minute set.
The second annual Sheila Witkin Memorial Reunion Concert honors The Kids' late manager, who was well known in South Florida's music scene. All proceeds from the benefit go to the Dan Marino Foundation, which funds programs for children with special needs. The band also reunited in January 2007 for the same cause.
The 45-year-old actor joined The Kids when he was a high school student in Miramar, Fla., and moved to Los Angeles with them in search of a record deal. After the band broke up, Depp decided to pursue a career in acting.
Johnny and the boys are scheduled to rock out again tonight on day two of the benefit.

Shannen Doherty is denying she was a bad girl, fourteen years after she had been branded as such when she left her most memorable role ever on "Beverly Hills, 90210."
The 37-year-old actress, who starred as Brenda Walsh in the 90s teen series, claims she and co-star Jennie Garth never got into a fistfight.
She told Us magazine, "We never did. I think I would remember Jennie's fist connecting with a part of my body or a part of my face."
"It just goes to show you how people will lie."
Tori Spelling, Doherty and Garth's castmate in the series, had revealed in her autobiography that Doherty had been difficult on the set. She also wrote that Doherty and Garth, who played Brenda's best friend Kelly Taylor, was involved in a fistfight during one of their episode shoots.
Both Doherty and Garth are reprising their characters in the new series' spin-off "90210."

DNA links man to slaying of Ashton Kutcher’s ex girlfriend

An air conditioning repairman has been linked to the stabbing deaths of three women, including a former girlfriend of actor Ashton Kutcher, who died more then 7 years ago.
A man, Michael Gargiulo, 32, of Santa Monica was already in custody since July for a separate knife attack during a burglary and now could face murder charges as soon as next week, police said Friday.
Gargiulo was being held in lieu of $1.1 million bail on attempted murder and burglary charges stemming from the April 28 stabbing of a Santa Monica woman in her home. Detectives matched a DNA sample taken from blood at the crime scene to Gargiulo. Police say further database cross-referencing found that Gargiulio’s DNA matched genetic evidence in the three killings.
One of the cases involves Kutcher’s former girlfriend, 22-year-old Ashley Ellerin, who was found dead in February 2001 in her Hollywood Hills home.
Kutcher, who is now married to actress Demi Moore, told police he went to pick up the fashion student-model for a post-Grammy Awards party, but she did not answer the door. He checked a back window and spotted what he thought were red wine stains on the carpet and then left. Her body was discovered the next day by a friend.
Police said they have a DNA match that links Gargiulo to another fatal stabbing of a Monterey Park woman in 2005. They also suspect Gargiulo in the 1993 killing of a high school girl in the Chicago suburb of Glenview, where Gargiulo lived at the time. Tricia Pacaccio, a senior at Glenbrook South High School, was found stabbed to death on her front doorstep, clutching her door key.
Gargiulo’s attorney, Anthony Salerno, tells the AP that, Gargiulo denies involvement in any of the attacks and “thinks the police are out to get him.”
Salerno acknowledged his client will possibly be charged with murder for the three slayings. He said that Gargiulo lived near the victims at the time of the attacks and a garment of his was found in one of the victims’ homes. But, he said, that does not make Gargiulo guilty. No but DNA evidence probably does!

In Harris County, Texas a judge had to decide on the fate of Hilary Duff’s huge 21st birthday Sounds completely ridiculous, but Susan and Bob Duff’s divorce proceedings have been so ugly over the past 2 years or more, that Hilary and Haylie’s father was led out of court in handcuffs, after Judge Thomas Stansbury found him in contempt of court.
Bob and Susan Duff sat at opposite ends of the courtroom during the intense proceedings. Neither would even look at the other.
But each of their lawyer’s were mud-slinging, accusing each other of lying and acting unethically.

Haylie, 23, and Hilary, 20, were not there in court on Wednesday, and who can blame them, too much drama!
During the court proceedings, Susan Duff asked for $25,000 to throw a lavish party and to pay for a gift for Hilary’s 21st birthday, coming up September 28th.
Susan stated that is what they had paid for Haylie’s 21st birthday years ago.
Susan Duff said the $10,000 she receives as support each month isn’t even enough to pay her bills, and certainly not enough to buy expensive gifts for here daughter. Susan added that she had to have Hilary pay for her lawyers and other bills.
Bob Duff’s lawyer questioned Susan on whether her “adult millionaire daughter” would be upset if she did not receive an expensive gift and party for her birthday.
Susan pulled the pity card stating that Hilary “is emotionally upset by the abandonment of her father” and deserves “to have some kind of recognition for a young life well-lived.”
When asked where Bob Duff would get the money to pay for the huge party and expensive gifts, Susan stated he would get it from the same place he got money to buy presents for his girlfriend’s sons.
“I know he’s a millionaire, and he’s got the funds,” she said.
When Bob took the stand a few minutes later, Brown asked him if he wanted Hilary to receive a comparable gift to Haylie for her 21st birthday.
“Yes,” Bob replied.
“You’re not mad at Hilary, are you?” Brown asked.
Bob hesitated, and Brown withdrew the question.
Stansbury eventually ordered Bob to pay $12,500 to Susan for Hilary’s birthday.
Court took a turn for the worst for Bob Duff when the judge said he would have to spend 10 days in jail for contempt of court. He is accused of violating an injunction against selling assets without court approval and must pay $367,537 he earned from selling stocks last month into a court repository.
Piro said his client plans to post bond and then file an appeal.
The court hearing ended with Bob Duff being fingerprinted and taken away in handcuffs. His ex-wife Susan was shocked and stated, “This isn’t what I wanted,” she said.
Bob Duff wanted to speak to the press but could not due to a gag order.
“I wish I could,” he said. “I’ve got a lot to say.”
Wow, all that drama has to suck so bad! It seems somewhat silly to be in court wanting large sums of money for a party, but hey it’s a celebrity thing!
